Since your only wearing it once, check google for used maternity stores in your area, or the yellow pages on line. Also MOtherhood maternity usually has stuff for low cost.
Motherhood sometimes has nice dresses for not too much! I also like Destination Maternity which carries a bunch of brands.

i just bought new maternity pants at motherhood and they were very helpful and since i was a new customer, i got a goodie bag filled with coupons, a bottle, lotion, and they signed me up for more to come in the mail, so they are worth it.
you might find something at sears, jcpenny, or macy’s.
Ebay actually has some awesome maternity evening wear… we have a wedding in March next year when i’ll be 6 months and i’ve been looking already.. : )
